PLATINUM SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS
  1. You Must be a Professional Working DJ.
  2. You must have a valid credit card on file*. When you receive a new credit card from your bank (for any reason) you must contact our Sales Department to update the Account # and Expiration Date on file. (Please contact our Sales Department at 978-649-2525).
  3. You must maintain an available balance of $69.95 on your credit card*. We will automatically charge your credit card on the 1st business day of each month. *Repeated violations will result in late charges and penalty fees*
  4. You must notify us of any address change at least 2 weeks before you move. We are not responsible for any packages shipped to an out dated address.
  5. All X-MIX CDs are for your use only. You agree to only use our CDs/music on one DJ system only. You must purchase a separate subscription for each system and/or DJ. You cannot copy, sell, share, or redistribute our music in any and all media now known or hereafter invented. Any Violation will be reported and prosecuted..

PLATINUM SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
Platinum Subscriptions require a full ONE MONTH NOTICE for cancellations, and must be cancelled by contacting our sales department by phone at 978-649-2525. (Your Platinum account will continue to be billed until you have called to cancel).

CD & VINYL RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return or exchange any CD or Vinyl merchandise, the original CD or Vinyl must be returned unopened. Any Damaged or defective CD or vinyl will be exchanged with the same volume / issue and must be returned to us within 30 days of original order.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscriptions may be cancelled by contacting our sales department by phone only. Upon cancellation of any XMIX series subscription, you will be charged individual issue prices for any of the compact disc or vinyl issues that you have already received. Your remaining amount will be used as a "store credit," and will only be refunded as a credit on any future orders.

NO SALES TAX !
DJ Wholesale Club charges NO Sales Tax for all orders outside Massachussetts. Residents of Massachussetts add 5% sales tax.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please indicate if your shipping address is different from your billing address.
Money Orders: Make Money Orders payable to the DJ Wholesale Club, Inc.
Checks: For pre-paid orders we accept company and personal checks. Please allow 10 business days for checks to clear before we can ship your order.
